Vishay Launches CRCW0201-AT e3 Series Resistors with Automotive-Grade Certification and Halogen-Free Environmental Compliance

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. has unveiled its ultra-compact thick film chip resistors, the CRCW0201-AT e3 series, on March 23. This innovative device, featuring a 0201 package (0.6 mm x 0.3 mm x 0.23 mm), not only aligns with modern design trends by reducing PCB space by 50% compared to traditional 0402 packages, but also achieves a perfect balance of size reduction and stable electrical performance in demanding applications such as automotive, industrial, and communicationsoffering engineers a highly cost-competitive and space-saving reliable solution.

Compared to larger 0402 package devices, these newly launched resistors offer a highly competitive price while reducing PCB footprint by 50%. Despite their compact size, CRCW0201-AT e3 series resistors deliver a rated power of 0.05 W at +70 °C and an operating voltage of 30 V.
