Recently, the event of achieving 10 million new energy vehicles in China in 2024 was held at Lantu Automotive Yunfeng Factory. This marks the first time that China's annual production of new energy vehicles has exceeded 10 million vehicles, indicating that China is moving from a major automobile country to a strong automobile country, and the new energy vehicle industry is entering a new stage of high-quality development.

According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, from 2015 to 2023, China's production and sales of new energy vehicles ranked first in the world for nine consecutive years. In 2023, the total export volume of vehicles surpassed Japan to become the world's first, with new energy vehicles becoming the main driving force. According to relevant predictions, the annual sales volume of new energy vehicles in China is expected to reach 11.5 million units this year, and the annual production and sales volume will both exceed 10 million units. Industry analysis suggests that this means that China's new energy vehicle industry has become an important engine for cultivating new quality productivity and has entered a new stage of high-quality development with scale and globalization.

Increasing innovation in intelligent technology and further shaping the brand image of high-end smart electric vehicles have been important focuses for the rapid rise and high-end development of China's new energy vehicle industry in recent years. Taking Lantu Automobile as an example, from January to November this year, Lantu Automobile sold a total of 73561 units, with sales exceeding 10000 units for three consecutive months, achieving a "seven consecutive increases". The all-new Lantu Dreamer won the top spot in new energy MPV sales from October to November, with its main selling model priced at 399900 yuan, becoming a powerful participant in the high-end market.

Currently, the industry is constantly exploring and promoting the deepening of automobile manufacturing towards high-end, intelligent, green, and digital directions.
