The 2023 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference opens in Nanjing

The 2023 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference opened on December 6th in Nanjing. The theme of the conference is "Intelligent Transformation of Digital to Internet Connection, Integration and Innovation of Digital and Real", highlighting the new landscape of digital and real integration development under the background of new industrialization, and presenting a comprehensive indicator of the future development of intelligent manufacturing.
During the conference, academicians, experts, professional think tanks, and well-known entrepreneurs in the field of intelligent manufacturing from home and abroad gathered in Jinling to conduct professional discussions on hot topics and cutting-edge trends, collide ideas, and contribute to the strength of intelligent manufacturing.
Xin Guobin, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated at the meeting that key technologies such as artificial intelligence, intelligent factories, and new networks have become key areas for future development.
Xin Guobin proposed to adhere to the application driven approach and regard the construction of intelligent factories as the main battlefield for promoting the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry; We need to strengthen supply support and vigorously develop key technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital twins, and new networks; We need to deepen international cooperation, strengthen the construction of the new industrial revolution partnership among the BRICS countries, improve cooperation mechanisms between China, Germany, France, and Japan, and pragmatically carry out bilateral and multilateral cooperation in technology innovation, mutual recognition of standards, and talent cultivation.
To fully showcase the latest achievements, cutting-edge technologies, and high-end products in the field of intelligent manufacturing, this year's conference simultaneously held offline exhibitions, which received positive responses and extensive participation from domestic and foreign enterprises. The scale, level, and number of exhibits have all reached the highest in history.
The exhibition covers an area of 60000 square meters, with over 390 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions around the world participating, including over 40 Fortune Global 500 and industry representative enterprises. During the exhibition, industry exchanges, new product launches, and product promotions will also be held.
It is worth mentioning that this exhibition has a total of four exhibition areas, among which an industrial robot exhibition area is set up separately for the first time.
